Counterflows comes to a joyous, exhilarating end with a solo performance by Sofia Jernberg; an Ethiopian born and Norway/Sweden-based singer whose practice has developed and challenges the “instrumental” possibilities of the voice – digging into split tone, pitchless and distorted singing. We kind of think she’s the new Nina Simone…

To kick things off there will be a buffet of free vegan-friendly food, aurally supported by a DJ playlist playback from Scottish journalist and Wire-contributor Stewart Smith. Featured artists Usurper will open live music proceedings with a new performance made in collaboration with Belgian-based artist Jelle Crama.

Food Served from 6pm… Music starts at 7.30pm!

Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible by car-park entrance
Please note: Cash only bar!
